The trees were in a very tight area which required expert precision in order to avoid my neighbor’s property as well as safely maneuvering around power lines. During the estimate I received an experienced opinion on the equipment needed in order to complete the job quickly and efficiently. The price I was quoted was very fair. The crew arrived on time, the trees were cut and the stumps ground in less than 3 hours. All of the workers were professional and they worked very well together from traffic control, log & branch removal as well as clean up. I recommend A+ for all tree removal needs and I would definitely use again if needed in the future.

A+ Tree & Crane Services Inc. did an amazing job removing two trees in the front of our yard with professionalism, quality, and value. For the two trees that we are going to remove, one is close to the sewer line and water line, the other tree was close to the house. A+ Tree and Crane Services office connected to the City dig line and marked all the utilities first. Before the work, the estimator came to check the marks again to make sure the dig would be safe and would follow the North Carolina state law requirement. During the tree removal process, their team was thinking carefully and did excellent work with high quality and professionalism. We called several tree services and A+ is the only one that showed up when they said they would, got us a written quote within 24 hours, and the entire process from start to finish was professional. The office lady, Raquel, is responsive and professional. She actually answers the phone, not a computer, how refreshing. Kenny who comes to give the estimate is knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Rony and the whole crew that did the job were professional and courteous and extremely hard working. They left as clean a job sight as they could when they wrapped up our large job. We would absolutely recommend A+ Tree and Crane. They are expensive, but that’s the nature of tree removal- their prices are competitive. 10/10

A+ truly did an A+ job! Lauren met me at my house to explain what the steps were to remove a maple tree in the front yard that the wind had broken recently. She was extremely professional giving me all of the details of the process and answering a lot of questions. The tree was removed within the timeframe that was quoted. They left my yard looking great! Tony and crew came in, did the work, removed the tree, ground the stump, removed it, and left no mess! Job well done! They were very professional, punctual, safety conscious and amazing bobcat drivers. This team is like a well oiled machine and it seems like they really enjoy their jobs and team.
